Play Based Pediatric Therapies

All services are in-network with IL Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. For our patients who do not have a Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan, all fees are billed to you personally. Super bills can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company as well for potential reimbursement.

Evaluations

*Required initial consultation for every patient. We would like to meet you over the phone and give you the opportunity to ask questions so we can ensure the right fit. Each evaluation includes a comprehensive report, standardized scores, and a goal based treatment plan.

OT Treatments

Each session is conducted working off of the same treatment plan and progress is recorded accordingly.

Parental Services

For parents who are needing extra support with their child's difficult behavior or are just interested in enriching their child's development. Coaching is available without the child present, both in-person or virtually. *These sessions are not eligible for insurance coverage.
